SOLUTION
Built an n8n workflow to grab new catering request email, pull key data, write to Google Sheet, generate email, and send Telegram alert to Sarah.

Built a RAG-based system that indexes my documents so I can ask questions and instantly display the original documented processes. Uses Coda.io to track and manage what gets ingested, updated, and removed.
